ESI=CSI – This module builds on the concept that each servant can better serve the client by better serving each other. We identify attitudes and beliefs that create barriers between departments and help breakdown those walls. When each member of the team can add value or contribute to the success process they now feel empowered to make the difference that helps them feel better. Once their perceptions and concepts change; the stress is removed from their daily job between the departments and that energy is now available to better serve clients.
